Tokens are highly volatile. Prices may fluctuate dramatically in short periods and may decline to zero.
Liquidity is not guaranteed. You may not be able to sell or exit positions when you want.
2. No Guarantees or Returns
SKY and other ecosystem tokens do not represent equity, debt, or ownership in Skycastle or any affiliated entity.
No dividends, yields, profits, or returns of any kind are promised or guaranteed.
Any references to NAV, buybacks, or upstream value capture are experimental mechanisms and should not be interpreted as financial guarantees.
3. Smart Contract & Technical Risks
Interacting with smart contracts carries risks of exploits, bugs, or unintended outcomes.
Transactions onchain are irreversible. Mistakes, hacks, or losses cannot be reversed or guaranteed against.
4. Regulatory & Legal Risks
Digital assets may be subject to changing laws, regulations, or enforcement actions in different jurisdictions.
Your participation may not be lawful in your country or region. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
5. Incubation & Project Risks
Incubated projects are experimental and early-stage. They may fail to launch, sustain usage, or create value.
